Silver Dragées contain silver coating which is classified as edible in Canada and most other countries. EXCEPT it is not yet FDA approved and would be deemed as decoration only in the USA.

These are the prettiest sugar ball cupcake/cake decor I have seen. The different sizes of balls within the container makes them a lot more interesting for decor. The bonus is....they actually taste great and won't break your teeth if you end up with some in your mouth. Will buy again and will recommend.
