I have experimented so many times and finally came up with this beautiful recipe which I personally use and have taught classes on for the past 3 years.ย

Amazing recipe!

I love this recipe. I've tried a lot of gluten-free recipes over the years and this one is by far the best. I have family that eats gluten-free, but I don't so when I say you can't tell the difference between this and a "normal" cookie, I really mean it. There's no grit or weird aftertaste and the dough is so easy to work withโ€”even easier than some of the regular recipes I've worked with. It has a nice chocolate flavour and there aren't a ton of different ingredients in it (and no weird ones!)
