Love this meringue. I’ve been using it for about 5 years. Great taste and whips up nicely. I’m so glad Sugar Love is carrying it now and I don’t need to order it off of Amazon.
These drums are a great quality, and the blue was beautiful. I managed to match the buttercream to the colour for a heart birthday cake, so yay!
I love Colour Mill colours. I did, however, have some trouble with using baby blue to achieve a light blue colour recently. We (the store associate and I) thought it would be the right colour, but it went mint green when only a little was used! Darn yellow butter (yes, I beat the butter forever first). I had to add a lot of white, some royal blue, and even a tough of violet to change it to blue. Sigh. Still looking for how to make a light blue without using four different colours!
I love these boxes. They're super simple to use, the side folds down easily, and the window at the top is perfect.
They are very lightweight, but if you use a cake drum (why wouldn't you for a tall cake ;) you don't need them any heavier!
