We are so excited to welcome back Bria from Beebob Sweet Shop! Bria is so incredibly talented in the world of buttercream and we CANNOT wait for you to learn all her tips and tricks!
Bria was recently on Cross Country Cake Off where she featured some stunning cakes!
In this course Bria will teach you six different florals using Swiss Meringue Buttercream.
She will take you from flat flowers to molded flowers using a variety of techniques, tips and tools. You will learn how to create hydrangeas, open peonies and roses. You will also get to use a Y-shaped flower nail and Korean piping tips to create anemone and poppies.
All materials are supplies. You'll leave with your buttercream florals as well as some fun goodies to take home with you so you can practice on your own.
We will be providing refreshments, nibblies and all students will receive
15% off their purchases made during class.
Please arrive 10 MINUTES before class starts. All classes are FINAL sale and cannot be refunded. Transferring class to another participant is allowed (Please let us know if something else is coming in your spot) Age 13+
