Oksana is a cake artist from Ukraine with 15 years of cake making experience. Baking is her passion as it is an outlet of her artistry and a testament to her tenacity. Oksana works closely on every detail of her projects to make sure that every one of her customers' expectations are met while aiming to conceive, create and offer a contemporary, intricate and elegant cake design. At the end of the day, Oksana believes that your cake should not only be beautiful, but also delicious.

This Fondant Figurine 101 class is perfect for beginners, intermediate or advanced looking learn new techniques. Come create these adorable fondant figurines with us!

May 24th 3pm - 6:30pm

• Learn about how to use fondant and all the tools
• How to colour fondant and combine coloured fondant for more colours
• Discover the secret the secrets of sculpting and painting details
• Create these 2 sweet figurines and intricate fondant decor in this 3 hour step by step class.

This Class will be taught in our NEW Sugar Academy room! Please note this room does have stairs leading to it and is not wheelchair friendly. 

We will be providing refreshments, nibblies and all students will receive
