Advanced Buttercream Florals


In this course I’m going to teach you six different types of florals using swiss meringue buttercream!


I’ll take you from flat flowers to molded flowers using a variety of techniques, tips and tools. You will learn how to create poinsettia, carnations, pinecones and roses. You will also get to use a y-shaped flower nail and Korean piping tips to create anemone and winter roses.


All materials are supplied. You’ll leave with your buttercream florals as well as some fun goodies to take home so you can practice on your own🤗

This Class will be taught in our NEW Sugar Academy room! Please note this room does have stairs leading to it and is not wheelchair friendly.
