What to use it on
Chocolate
-To coat your chocolate in gold dust, simply grab a puff brush and dry brush it all over. Make sure your chocolate is completely set and hard.
Royal Icing
- Use as a Paint or dust it on with a dust pump bottle
Drinks
-Simply add 1/8 - 1/4 of a tsp and stir to a drink to reveal the magic!
Cake
- Use a Manual dust pump bottle and cover your cake into a Glitter Cake
Ingredients
Ingredients; Edible Mica pigment, Titanium dioxide, and Edible food grade Iron red.
Ways to use
- Dry dust can be dusted with a Manual dust pump (Here) to Glitz up your cakes or cupcakes
- Mix with a high percentage alcohol.
- You want your consistency to be thick enough that when you mix the glitter doesn't separate. (adjust consistency as needed)
- When you are done, let the alcohol evaporate and save the dust. Once you add more alcohol to that dust it will go back into a beautiful glitter.
Because this glitter is Edible, if your consistency is too thin the glitter particles will separate.
