Fluffy Puppy Meringue Powder is just like its name! Fluffy and oh so wonderful. This Meringue powder, made in Canada is a great addition for your royal icing or other egg white bases. 

Great smell and taste, no grit and produces a super fluffy royal icing!

Nut Free/Peanut Free, Gluten Free & Kosher.

 

Royal Icing Recipe 

2/3 c Warm Water

4 TBSP Meringue Powder

1 tsp Vanilla

1 TBSP Corn Syrup 

1KG Bag of Icing Sugar (confectioners/powdered Sugar for my USA friends)

 

Whisk Warm water, meringue powder & Vanilla together until all the powder is dissolved. Add bag of Icing Sugar & corn syrup and mix medium/low for 2-3 minutes. 

This will result in stiff peak fluffy royal icing.

Best Meringue Powder

I love this meringue powder! It floods nicely and holds its shape. I wish this store carried larger bags/boxes as the 400g bag doesn’t go very far.
