The most incredible Vegan Gluten free chocolate cookie! This cookie can fool the toughest critic and was created for my daughters who developed wheat and dairy allergies. (This Recipe is completely different from the Vanilla gluten free vegan)

I have experimented so many times and finally came up with this beautiful recipe which I personally use and have taught classes on for the past 3 years. 

This recipe doesn't use any chia or flax, or any ingredients that are hard to get or expensive. It's a no fail no spread no chill delicious (fight off your family and friends) recipe.

Amazing recipe!

I love this recipe. I've tried a lot of gluten-free recipes over the years and this one is by far the best. I have family that eats gluten-free, but I don't so when I say you can't tell the difference between this and a "normal" cookie, I really mean it. There's no grit or weird aftertaste and the dough is so easy to work with—even easier than some of the regular recipes I've worked with. It has a nice chocolate flavour and there aren't a ton of different ingredients in it (and no weird ones!)
