Fluffy Puppy Meringue Powder is just like its name! Fluffy and oh so wonderful. This Meringue powder, made in Canada is a great addition for your royal icing or other egg white bases. 

Great smell and taste, no grit and produces a super fluffy royal icing!

Nut Free/Peanut Free, Gluten Free & Kosher.

 

Royal Icing Recipe 

2/3 c Warm Water

4 TBSP Meringue Powder

1 tsp Vanilla

1 TBSP Corn Syrup 

1KG Bag of Icing Sugar (confectioners/powdered Sugar for my USA friends)

 

Whisk Warm water, meringue powder & Vanilla together until all the powder is dissolved. Add bag of Icing Sugar & corn syrup and mix medium/low for 2-3 minutes. 

This will result in stiff peak fluffy royal icing.

Love this meringue. I’ve been using it for about 5 years. Great taste and whips up nicely. I’m so glad Sugar Love is carrying it now and I don’t need to order it off of Amazon.
